On the 16th and 17th of April we organized for Motor Festival two street battles that took place in Peace and Friendship Stadium. We were asked to provide high level street dancers and impressive competition in order everyone that would visit the festival to be able to see.
So the Street Battles took place, having the Breaking Battle on Saturday and the Hip Hop battle on Sunday. We invited 32 dancers from all around Greece and Cyprus, 4 judges and one DJ.

All battles were amazing and they led us to the final between hoodgroove artist b-boy Aidi (Breakingz) against b-boy Es-Kix (Dead Prezz). Es-Kix won the close battle by one point.
The crowd was amazed from all dancers' skills. The Festival proved a good ground for battles like these to happen and we got some pretty impressive feedback from everyone there.
Hip Hop Battles
On Sunday we had the Hip Hop battle that was judged by Hood Groove artist Virtuozo.
The invited dancers were:
Rekoz (The Music Box)
Dwave (The Music Box)
Martha

All battles were on fire and the judge couldn't decide in many of them. That's why we had 5 battles that went to the tie break. The final found Sitzi from Thessaloniki against Myrto from Athens, where Sitzi got the win in an impressive manner.
The hip hop battle combined old and new dancers flavor into a really hot mix. High skills and warm atmosphere made this battle unique.
To sum up
Motor Festival was pretty good organized in every aspect of it. Many shows during the weekend and our battles being part of the whole showcase that the festival provided to all visitors. We organized everything and we were resilient in any changes we were asked to do by the organizer. We have to thank everyone and especially those unique dancers that came and supported those battles.
